Every project has its own unique "opportunities for solutions." Please review the examples below to see how we addressed such situations for a kitchen, basement and bathroom.
Although the general layout requirements remained the same, we were able to create an entirely new, updated look, simultaneously creating a more efficient food preparation and storage area. The soffits were eliminated, allowing for 36" upper cabinets and the addition of crown molding. All cabinets include self-closing doors and drawers, including interior slide-out wood trays, providing ease of access. The exquisite cherry wood completes the new, luxurious look.
The homeowners are extremely pleased with their new kitchen...delivered on time and on budget!
Once again, effective integration of wall planes to hide, yet allow easy access to, the plumbing shut-offs and water meter. The lolly column was framed and clad in drywall for a finished look. Note the articulated wall detail on the right.
A very small shower existed, with a "wing wall" from floor to ceiling amplifying a claustrophobic showering experience. We removed it, and created a half-wall dividing shower from vanity. With the obvious inclusion of simple yet rich tile features and 1/2" glass enclosure, the new shower is a delight for the homeowners. New vanities, fixtures and floor tile complete the new Master Bath remodel. "Our new bathroom is absolutely delightful" remarked the happy clients. "We wouldn't have done anything differently."
Is this really the same bathroom? Well, yes and no. Same space, but a totally different environment. We completely gutted the room, with the exception of the tub. New finishes throughout transformed this obviously dated master bathroom into an outstanding spa. See our portfolio page for more photos of this beauty!
